(Currently we offer shipping to Singapore, Malaysia, United State, outside of these countries feel free to reach out our customer support)

Delivery Time –
We usually pack and ship your order within 1 working days, and will send an email confirmation once we have shipped out your parcel.
It will take an estimated 1-3 weeks for the parcel to reach you.

Singapore/Malaysia how long will it take for me to receive my order?

Do you offer free shipping?
YES, Orders Above $50 for Singapore. Order above $70 SGD Free Shipping International.

Otherwise a standard delivery fees will be applied.

1. What is thepetplus.com Refunds & Returns Policy?

As all the apparel are personalized and customized for your pet individually, the apparel sold are NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE if the mistake is made by your side.Please kindly take note on the name of your pet that you want to craft on the apparel are correct, also ensure the size, color and other details are correct before you proceed to checkout your items. If you had found any mistake after the submission of order, please kindly contact us immediately. With condition that if the order have not been proceed, we are very happy to handle your request.

We will only exchange if the mistake is made by our team after delivery of order. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. All exchanges must be in original packaging, unused and in saleable condition. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition.

All exchanges require a prior Return Authorization from thepetplus.com, no exceptions will be made. Please email us with the item(s) that you want to exchange and the reason(s) for the return. You will receive an email response with further instructions and a Return Authorization Number that you must be clearly written on the outside of your package. Any item returned without a Authorization Number officially issued by thepetplus.com will NOT be processed and will be returned at your own cost. Note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We strongly encourage you to read all the measurement guidelines very carefully to insure you get the best fit for your pet, and avoid any costly charges.

3. What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.

For Direct Bank Transfer,

Please reach out to our Customer Support and we’ll coordinate with you on the direct bank Payment

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

4. How to track my package?

We will send you a tracking code, once we had posted your shipments and you will be able to track your shipments with the tracking code via the service provider
